Powertrain
A forklift has to be tough enough to last for many hours of heavy use within extreme settings. These machinery need to be able to move loads efficiently and fast while still being ergonomic to the operator. The rugged, dependable Yale powertrain provides excellent durability through its state of the art clutch packs, computer controlled engine and transmission and really strong shafts and gears. The transmission, engine, steer axle, and drive axle are all isolated so as to reduce noise and vibration inside the compartment of the operator.
Electrical
The electrical system of the lift truck is responsible for connecting the major nerve centers of the truck. Hence, the electrical system in the lift truck should be durable and reliable for the most demanding hot/cold and dry/wet operations. There is much sophistication required in order to control truck functionality.
Yale trucks are recognized for delivering reliable electronics. The Yale CANbus electrical system employs digital technology and lessens electrical connections and lessens wiring too. This results in awesome serviceability and improved reliability.
Hydraulics
The hydraulics are the "muscles" of the forklift. They give the necessary force required to lift heavy loads during the entirety of a long shift. All Yale trucks feature industrial grade hydraulic components. Several of these components comprise: leak resistant O-ring face seal fittings, heavy-duty hydraulic valves, fine micron filters and long lasting tilt and hoist cylinders. The control valve has been strategically positioned in order to prolong component life by lessening exposure to heat sources.
The Yale forklift could withstand the most extreme working conditions coming out on top with their great dependability. These machines have been built in such a precise manner that attention to detail has been considered so as to keep the operator as comfortable as they could be.
