In order to pick 20 feet throughout 53 feet empty reefer containers and empty ISO standard containers, the TECDS-150H Attachment could expand. Any containers measuring over 40 feet need to have standard 40 feet ISO pickup points. The attachment has 4 corner twist-locks as well, electrical signal lights inside the cab, 2 work lights and hydraulic slewing.
Able to deal with 2 separate 20 foot or 40 foot empty ISO standard containers at the same time is the ELME attachment. It allows for many containers to be stacked on top of each other. What's more, this attachment is offered with 4 horizontal twist-locks which insert into the side apertures of the lower container's top corner castings and the upper containers bottom corner castings. The highly specialized design of the twist-locks allows block stacking to be carried out.
Drive Train
Each and every unit of the Taylor container lift trucks uses a Tier Compliant Cummins electronic turbocharged, charged air to air or charged air after-cooled diesel engine. Some of the basic engine features comprise transmission/engine protection, diagnostic monitor and electronic maintenance, reduced overall emissions, water/fuel separator and improved fuel economy. In addition, the transmission available used for all 3 models is a 3-speed, fully reversing, non-modulated, power-shift transmission.
