Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides a lot more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer a huge range of optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you complete all your needs, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. If accuracy and precision are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
Many attachments have been designed and developed in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to place materials in a more accurate manner. The articulating booms or booms come with 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures in order to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New attachments and products are being engineered and developed all the time and will be available in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, some improvements have been made. For example, load-reach management devices can restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the boom's extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits. There is an important lock-up device or a warning system which prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
